HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY
To commemorate the birth anniversary of the second President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , who was a philosopher and a great teacher, 5th September every year is celebrated as Teacher's day.
The teacher's day was celebrated with incredible gusto and zeal by the students of DAV Public School Badshahpur.
Student decorated their classes with flowers , balloons and there was pleasant surprise at the entrance of the classes for the Teachers. Students expressed their gratitude and appreciation for them.
In the morning assembly, there was a speech regarding this special day from the student of Shaheed Bhagat Singh house followed by motivational speech of our respectable principal sir Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh ji and sir reminded the students to put in the tireless labour and love of their teachers to bring them up as knowledge able and compassionate individuals. He also appreciated their endless efforts.
Also the school was called off a half day and havan ceremony was performed to seek the blessings of almighty for the prosperity and good health of the teachers.
Then all the staff members were honoured with a diary, pen and Om patka as a token of appreciation of their hard work by the principal sir. At last, teachers took refreshment offered by principal sir.
